Surfrider Beach Cleanup for Madewell

The Surfrider Foundation organizes beach cleanups every weekend in Venice. Madewell team members from across the L.A. area participated, and I photographed the event for Madewell’s social media, blog, and newsletter.

Joshua Tree Home Tour for Curbed

I spent a day in Joshua Tree photographing Catie Nienaber’s home for Curbed and imagining what it would be like to live in a place where the wind is louder than the cars. More photos below.

Voice of Witness for Aesop

I photographed a collaboration between Voice of Witness and Aesop at the latter’s Silver Lake store.

Downtown Los Angeles for Curbed

I photographed some of the city’s most iconic buildings, old and new, for an article on Curbed about the changing landscape of Downtown Los Angeles. More photos below.

The Hidden Photo

I participated in the Hidden Photo, which asks photographers to share a photograph that they’ve never shared before. I have thousands of those, but I wanted to find one that I had overlooked in the past but that meant something to me today, and I came upon one from March 2006, of my then-boyfriend’s dog, Sally, running up Deer Creek Road in Malibu. I wrote more about the image and what it means to me on The Hidden Photo. Check it out.
